Conditions for future forests are created in young forests. Optimising the entire chain from regeneration to first thinning lays a foundation for profitable and sustainable use of forest.
The objective of our silviculture research is to use improved methods, technologies and planning throughout the rotation period to improve efficiency, increase value production, and improve environmental and conservation aspects.
